Ruby red (metallic) or ruby mica red ????

Can anyone help with knowing which is which?

I have never really known which of these rubys I have on my car. The paint code is PA49B which makes it an aquabase paint of one of the paint colour types in the title, but it could be either ruby red (metallic) or ruby mica red.

Its a '97 Cerbera if anyone investigates my profile.

Hello - we have a 1996 Chimaera in ruby mica red and the paint code is P157 - PA49B if that helps at all

Thanks for the reply medieval. My code starts P422 - PA49B. If we can get an answer then it'll help anyone searching in the future. I'm not looking for a respray. I need a bit of a touch up - OOOooohhh!!

Hi, ajp70. I know this is an old post. My Chimaera has paint code P422 - PA49B. Did you resolve the actual colour. Regards
