^ I did a project like this for a marcos LM500. It had a 4.8l engine. The front part of the bracket was laser cut and bolted onto the front face of the s/c. Welded to it was a cradle that sat under the s/c. The cradle back plate bolted to the head. It was a bit like slicing a 5" pipe in half lengthways and was flipping expensive. I also made an adjustable tensioner rod to take care of belt tension. I sold an assembly to somebody on PH that included the other half of the pipe. I may still have some front plates though.

What I did like about the conversion was that even at idle it still felt as if the s/c was making pressure.

it drove perfectly well and i think the owner was going for a visit to joolz so no doubt more improvement but compared with my more usual approach i.e. combining it with an emerald it leaves a bit to be desired although once joolz has sorted it further i am sure it will be exellent the problem is the distributor is definatly the limiting factor.
