Hello Guys,
This question has proberly been asked/answered before, but I can't find a link....
Early 350i Drophead, what is the best/correct seal profile to seal against the windows?
The stuff I had supplied for the job is a square/ d section, seals against the roof fine but there is a gap at the bottom of both widows, you can see straight through for the first 30 or 40mm!
I have tried some heavy duty door seal, however it does not flex in the right axis to go round the roll bar, also this stuff is also too fat and catches/fouls on the glass as it is raised.
I really need to sort a pretty water tight car before the fest.... your help with profiles, part numbers and supplier would be greatly appreciated.
Regards David

If yes then try either of these...They are from seals direct...ask for a sample of each...

Or
2.

you may need to cut a piece off the flat part on the second one..the glass goes against the curve and is pushed flat...the gap should face the rear of the car...
Cant say 100% as I havent replaced mine yet...
