I’ve recently changed my rear screen and it squeaks like crazy! I remember reading somewhere before that there is a tape or something that you can stick on the screen to help this. Any pointers?

You can use something like this:

I did for a while on the bottom end but does tend to lift with dirt getting under it. I use velcro loop tape on the top edge to try and get it as tight into the targa hoop as possible. Also good to use this stuff on the rubbers:

Don't think it's possibly to completely eliminate though, one of the foibles of what is clever design.

As above, and the replacement metal clips help too.

I used this. All the way along the raised bit at the top of the screen, folded over the top to the other side. Completely sorted it.

I think the stuff you are thinking of is leading edge tape, used on helicoptor rotors. It's the same stuff as TVR parts quote by the sound of it. I wrapped the top of min screen in it (where it fits the recess in the targa hoop) and it sorted it. Plenty of options on Amazon, or if you're near Cambridgeshire you can take what you want off my roll.

sounds daft but I used a strip of an old rubber fanbelt from a vacuum cleaner. Cut two strips about 6inches long and just fits snugly at top of screen pushed in the gap. Cannot be seen and reuseable without fastening anything to the perspex

I use a combination of soft Velcro on the inside of the boot and the UHMW tape around the top of the screen. I've found that after a couple of years the tape yellows and hardens in the sun and needs replacing, but it only takes half an hour.
I siliconed all the rubber last year but found that in the heat of the summer it started to run.
