I have removed both adjusters on the rear lower suspension arm as they were completely seized, in one the thread is ok but on the other the thread seems damaged about half way down, any advise on how to fix this or does anyone know the thread size and pitch?, I measured it at 25mm but I guess it’s an imperial thread ?

Racetech sell the whole adjuster, at about 60 each.

1" UNF, (if you are local to Coventry then I have tap and die), but then, the adjuster and nut is under a tenner at TVRparts. A@

Thanks guys, and thanks for the offer in Coventry, i would take you up on that but found i can have one delivered from a well known auction site for far less than it would cost in fuel so i have ordered that, another tool for the toolbox although i cant imagine using that too often

Just info, the same adjuster thread is used from on TVR's 1972 on (apart from the early wedges and S series) so you may be able to help a local to you TVR owner from other models. A@
