For anyone else casually looking in on this the bearing in the photo is mounted to a cast steel/iron slider.
If you have a black plastic slider throw the whole thing in the bin and replace with a new metal slider/bearing.

The plastic ones wear badly at the groove where the arm pivot blocks fit. One of the pivot blocks will break out and the whole bearing cant over to the side and jamb.

Steve

PS. OP the job is very easy and merits less than half a spanner in a difficulty rating.

You mean I might even be able to do it?
I am often told I am half a spanner short of a toolkit wobble

Sorted. I was more concerned about being able to get a new bearing rather than how to do it. Turns out my local bearing guys had 84 available.
