Out of interest, where did you advertise it for sale? I'm trying to flog mine, and want it to go soon, but at the same time I don't want to remortgage to afford all the advertising.

Cheers...

Nope. It's just that a 7 series is bleedin' expensive to run (can't see people outside the dealer network having a clue...) and the TVR is... bleedin' expensive to run. Something has to give.

While the Beemer is a motorway basher par excellence, it doesn't make me smile. It doesn't make other people smile. The roof doesn't come off. It doesn't have the necessary surfeit of power over traction. Need I go on?

Marshy, you could try findit.co.uk. I think they have a BMW page. Don't know how successful they are at shifting all types of car, but I both bought and sold my Mustang on it. And it's FREE as well. Good description available and picture/s too.

You could just try it and leave it on the site – does no harm if it's not costing you – the Mussie was on there for two months!

I had it on Pistonheads, findit.co.uk and a few others with zero interest - Stuck it in good old Auto Trader last week and it went in 2 days - Phone hasn't stopped ringing!!!

I think 3s are easier to shift than 7s though...

Should be picking up the TVR later today!!!!
