Window Adjustment.
Discussion
Chaps,
I've had a look through the FAQ but can't see anything specific so here goes.
I need to adjust my door glass upwards a fraction but am if I can find the screw that does it. I've jammed my fingers down the outside but can't feel anything and carefully moved a large screwdriver along the length but can't feel anything either.
Is there a surefire way to finding it?
Window up or down?
How far along from front/back?
Flat head or cross head?
Which way do I turn the screwdriver?
Anyone got any photo's of it being done?
As always TIA.

Hi there,
You will see, it is really simple and it works perfectly well:
- window down;
- you will find the screw (flat head – at least in my car) between the window and the top inside edge of the door;
- start from the back and you will find it somewhere in the middle, approx. 2 cm under the “protection brush” (I do not know how do you call this sort of a black “brush” between the inner edge and the window);
- it is easier to find using your fingers rather than a screwdriver;
- turn it right (left) for up (down), but again I would not be surprised that on some cars it is just the opposite.
Cheers, Ozren

I found that by sweeping a small screwdriver along the brush, eventually you bump into the winder screw, and can then delve deeper once you're in the general area.
Anti-clockwise to bring the window upwards, on my 97 chim.

OK now that's that sorted and we can all now find the elusive window adjuster screw - can someone explain with pics if possible where the G spot is?
