Maybe, but hemi heads have a poor combustion shape and slow flame travel, good for fitting big valves in though, but poor efficiency, thats why just about all modern 4 valve per cylinder heads have valves inclined at a narrow angle i.e. 10 - 20° though for a good 2 valve head combustion chamber all you need is to look at modern Chevy V8 design as they have been highly developed
