Just purchased a Morgan and I must say I am very very impressed, smooth and powerful Ford 3.0 V6 - goes really well! No creaks and groans and being alloy bodied with a galvanised chassis...should last well too.

Have a look at Talkmorgan website.
Just be aware of the low ground clearance. Your car has an Aluminium sump and it can be damaged by bumps/rocks. Plates are available for protection as is a modified sump giving greater clearance ( Made by a specialist).
Join Talkmorgan, introduce yourself. Ask questions.
Above all use the car not garage/polish it!
Be prepared to be photographed (esp Japanese tourists!).
Enjoy the social avenues that accompany ownership.

Thanks for the info.

I have joined Talk Morgan....and found them very helpful. You are of course correct with regards to the low sump on this model Morgan.

I have also been to a Morgan event (before buying) and found all the owners helpful ....and a lot younger than expected!
