B GT spring hangers, anyone for a tape measure handy!?

I have a long term project 76 BGT that someone has converted to chrome bumpers, I need to replace the front spring hangers on the rear axle. I cannot be sure if it has the original hangers or has possibly been converted to the earlier type (the car sits low but it's low but I have nothing to compare against).

The spring hangers currently on the car has a drop of about 8CM between were it meets the body at the highest point and the hole for the spring eye. Any idea what it should be for a post 75 car?
