13" Rims on SR3 Possible?

Hello guys, I'm new to the forum, and its a pretty weird question to start off but I'm looking into buying an SR3RS and the one drawback it has in my eyes it's the 15" 16" rim setup. As for Hillclimb, they don't have all the compounds in those sizes. I saw that SR3 have the 280mm disk same as the PR6 but the uprights are different and I wanted to know if it was possible to fit. On the PR6 the upright is a snug fit to the rim, so if it was the same on the sr3 it wouldn't be possible.

Isnt an SR3 a bit heavy for hillclimbing? You are gaining near 100kg over a PR6. Plenty of those around at the moment!

Hello my dear friend! Glad to hear from you!

Indeed the PR6 is the best car! I love mine but the federation in spain claim that the English homolation is not acceptable. They want FIA homologation and that's only 2009 onwards in sr3, sr5, sr8.

Also apart from that I'm going to turbo charge it. To have enough power to weight ratio and the minimum weight is 560kg so not that much over the weight limit.

I’m not sure whether 13” rims would work on a SR3RS, but I have a very nice 2011 car with a 1500 RLM Stage 2 unit in it which is available and reasonably priced if you are interested.
