Highest RPM/other values. Check and Reset

Hi, I have a gen1 2004 SR3. The manual tells me if I press the Data button with the ignition on I will be able to see these values. When I do so, I only see one value which is 106 in the MPH display. I suppose this is the highest RPM right (10600)?

What about the other values (oil temp, water temp, etc)? I do not see them...

If I want to reset these values, is there a way to do it without going to a dealer? This would be complicated as we are based in Uruguay
