Hi all, Ive had my 98 XJ8 for almost 3 years and would like to firm up the suspension. The stock shocks are probably worn as well as too soft for a start. Can I fit Bilstein sports shocks? be3-2372 and be5-2373 to it? I think they are supposed to be for the "Sports" model. Mine is just plain old XJ8.

Anyway recommendations for some nice firm replacements would be great. If springs are recommended too then please do tell.. Though I wouldnt want it to ride any lower.. speed humps are bad enough now.

The standard and uprated Jag dampers are made by Bilstein, so you could just go to your Jag dealer and look at buying a Sport or XJR spring and damper kit as appropriate.
