Jaguar Select - anyone with any experience with them?

I was doing the Thing I Shouldn't Do and browsing the classifieds this evening... Jaguar Select over in Hailsham have a car that's caught my eye and I'm thinking about taking a closer look at it at the weekend...

One of my first ports of call is online research but there doesn't seem to be much by way of feedback on Jaguar Select anywhere? Have any PHers used them and would they recommend them?

I bought my E46 330Ci back in November but I'm not really finding it as engaging as the E36 328i which it replaced and whilst I've decided to stick with an auto I'm wondering whether a large dollop more horsepower and a V8 might solve the problem...

Re. the car, I'm not quite into XKR territory yet - although one day......one day...! I was looking at the S-Type R they have on Autotrader but according to their site it's showing as sold:

They're only about 40 minutes up the road so I'll definitely keep an eye on their site.

Came across this old thread and just thought I'd see if anyone knew if Jaguar Select is still around?

I was looking at a car on their website recently and when I went back to look last weekend, I saw the website has been taken down and it looks like the business has closed.
