Just had an email from Kate Chapman.
They didn't receive my documents....surprise !

She said that Dan has passed away and they are catching up.
Feel really bad now

Just saw from his Facebook profile he had a Wife and two young daughters. Absolutely terrible news. He appeared to only be in his 30's.

Has any one established the following.

Servicing costs for the petrol. Is it cheaper to be stung £300 by lex auto lease for not having it done?

I assume it's collection only?

Will it be 67 plate ?

I have also received the countersigned contract.

I also received an email from Kate saying that I would be contacted by her colleague Kerry to arrange collection/delivery as soon as the car is available.

...so it looks as though delivery is included.

Dan had said car would be registered in September/early October. ...so it will be a 67 plate.

I spoke to them this morning and they said all was fine, should hear from them early Sept about a delivery date, so all good.

However I haven't got anything back from Lex Autolease, and Harwoods said there wouldn't be anything else. Those who did, did it come directly from Lex, or from Harwoods?

I've heard since my message it's collection only. I'll query that nearer to the time. It's a good one hour 40 minute drive for me

Only had the physical copy of lease paperwork sent to me a couple of weeks ago, don't even know who from.

No to options / maintenance. But doesn't the Prestige come with heated seats as standard? Maybe you've gotten lucky there.
