I broke this afternoon and called for an update.

Apparently my car is being built on the 15th, should be delivered to the dealership the week after, at which point they will get in touch to arrange delivery.

I presume it will be the same or similar for everyone else. Getting closer now..

They're all getting built on 15th with delivery to dealership by 29th. They have a feeling they will arrive sooner. At which point some one will call to arrange collection/delivery. Forgot to ask if you need to pay

Harwoods emailed me today to say my Xe has arrived at dealership and for me to call them to arrange pickup.
Just saw email now so to late call to confirm and arrange date.
Will call them tomorrow morning.

Going to pick mine up next Saturday. It's come too early as I'm on holiday.

Didn't mention any charge for delivery on the phone or in the confirmation email and they haven't asked for any payment.

I was quoted £500 + VAT for delivery but they are paying my train fare and hotel expenses for a pick up next Saturday..feel stupid as I had just put £50 of diesel into the run about I am using at the moment

I have received an email to say that my car will be ready this week. Harwoods are holding an event on Saturday 23rd so customers can collect their new cars. Unfortunately I can't make it so my car is being delivered on 30th. Delivery is free for customers within 250 miles. All cars in this campaign need to be collected or delivered before the end of the month.

For anyone terminating a VWFS lease early the charge is 55% of the remaining payments if you are towards the end of your lease. BCA need 7 to 10 days notice to inspect and collect. Hopefully this will all fall in to place for me. Harwoods don't offer free drive away insurance so I am trying to avoid the hassle of an overlap.
