XF Facelift

I am thinking of buying an XF shortly and preferred the look of the face-lift which i think happened in 2011? Does anyone know what else changed other than the headlights and look? Was there an update to the touchscreen, Nav etc or are all these things the same as the older models?

I'm basically wondering whether i limit myself to the newer face-lift models or have a wider choice by looking at older cars - budget is around £11k.

just bought a facelift, if PL or Portfolio then the stereo changed to Meridien from BW, better quality but not as loud when i heard them both.

Facelift diesels have 8 speed gearbox, earlier ones had 6 speed.

The 2011 face lift was new lights front and back, new side trims, slight change to interior trim and new user interface and dials, the 8 speed gearbox was introduced on the 2013my. That's for the xfr.
