Mystery Jaguar X350 XJR part

Does anyone recognise this part please?

I had some work done including radiator replacement and coolant hoses near the supercharger by a local garage. When I was checking the oil some time later I saw this part just sitting on the bonnet slam panel. Before I take the car back to the garage it might help if I'm sure of where it originally came from.

Garage said it was a bracket for securing some wiring under the bonnet! Now back in place.
