Jaguar I Pace failing air con

Does anyone have an issue or a fix.
Initially blows cold but after about 15/20 mins starts blowing warm air and its colder outside the car than in it.
Only noticed recently probably down to the hot weather.
Trying to book it in for a service but guarantee they will test it for 5 mins and say it works fine.
Great car in the world of electric cars though and half decent range if you can control your right foot!!!
