Jaguar reducing UK dealerships to under 20
Discussion
God. I really did live (and work) the halcyon days of the motorcar. I was a part of Jaguar during the 90's and mid 2000's. It's unthinkable that the marque I spent so many years with is going down such an unfamiliar and cold route. Specing and buying a car, and then in the following years returning to the same faces across the way at the service desk felt like a much more human way to own a car. This makes it feel more like buying an appliance in much the way you would a TV or fridge freezer. I may not have always agreed with the Dealer Network or Warranty departments, but this is all making me glad I was around for the part of it I was.
