To find one of the brochures is like looking for Hen's teeth. I have searched for 15 years and know where three are, but they are not selling. It is the only Lynx brochure I don't have I think.

Browsing through this thread if you go back to page 5 you'll find a post by dazr saying he owns an Eventer with blue crocodile seats. I contacted him but he was extremely cagey about the car, how he obtained it and whether he would sell it.

You may be interested to know that the latest Classic Cars magazine has an article about the restoration of the first Eventer.

Well, after all the hoo-ha about the Gucci car the estimate was upped to £70-100,000 and then the car was withdrawn from the auction.

ETA:- We have gone through a period when the price of classic cars has rocketed and much money made. However, the projected sale price of these, nearly thirty years ago, was £100,000. No profit margin there then.

Number one had her first run out of the year last weekend - a pleasant 250 mile round trip down to Devon. Various bits are still being repaired/coaxed back into life after the "restoration" but the old girl turned plenty of heads along the way.
