Need to see more colours, really (and ideally in the metal).
I really don't think the red in most of Audi's pictures suits it.
Agreed on the colours, especially red. I'd like to see one in dark grey and a bright blue.I really don't think the red in most of Audi's pictures suits it.
There don't seem to be any about to look at yet.
The GFVs on the PCP calculator will be key to me.
Starting to see some videos on YouTube of the car. I have to say, the exhaust sound is very disappointing.. Sounds like a Golf R, with those farting up/down-shifts.. I assume proper test-drives will be soon..
I think they have made it more GT and softer than the previous model.. Which is a shame, given the competition..

seeing one in the flesh at Goodwood next week, but I think they have missed a trick again with the RS5, sounds like it doesn't handle as well as its rivals and the engine is lacking soul.
Looks are subjective but it does little for me, apparently the next one out is the RS5 Sportback which may be a little better resolved, the RS4 is still some way off as they are working to reduce weight, which is why I plumped for an RS6 PE, due in October!!!!

Cracking looking car, but as someone whose company refurbs alloys, including 7 Audi dealerships, I dread the day when a new model is released, seeing what they have styled up this time to make our like a challenge.
They'll all be full of filler and painted gloss back within a year There are some alloy wheels that make me groan at the thought of them; fully expect to be adding these to that list.

The whole VAG range is morphing into one brand looks wise. There's hardly anything different between them all now and each model just adds more creases and edges.
It's the most unimaginative group of cars available today.
apparently the 'next generation' of models is going to address that so that they have some kind of individual character...It's the most unimaginative group of cars available today.

Looks like a regular A5 with some shouty 'Halfords Special' bits added on. Where are the wide arches? Also not sure the angular front works well with the curves on the side profile. Nowhere near special or distinctive enough for an RS car. £68 grand - you'd have to be mad surely?
The arches are distinctively wider than the A5/S5, it’s just not that obvious in pictures. You really need to see this car in the flesh to appreciate how good it actually is...pictures are a waste of time and do it no justice at all. The only thing I don’t like are the rims, they are horrible but easily optioned to something much better. The new RS5 is technically far superior to its predecessor in every way and the interior/quality is wonderful, but some people still moan about the new B9 model shape and how the B8 was better, but when it changes again in a few years people will still be saying the same thing ‘B9 was better than B10, blah, blah’. Same with other car makers too, people don’t like change.
At the end of the day though you pay your money and take your choice.
