I was prepared to not have them but just so happened this car came with it, there isn't a memory function but the speed they move is good and the bolster side adjustment is great
From memory (ha!), they will remember the position if the two keys have different settings when car last used.

i.e. if you and your partner share the car, and always keep a key each without mixing, it will adjust the seat when it senses the other key. At least, I think that was on my TTS, it certainly is on exactly the same seat in my S5.

Yes I think you are right as my bolsters automatically get into position when I start or loosen when I get turn off the car.

On my Golf R I set the auto dip reversing mirror with the ignition off. Not sure if that's of use now, but might help.

Here it is. That little notch thing sticking out of the lumber wheel is the side bolster adjustment

  • That pic was taken a few days at Audi before I picked her up so it wasn't valeted or anything that is why it looks a bit messy etc.

its weird that the seats in the S4/S5/RS4/RS5 are almost identical but the adjustment for bolsters and massage mode is selected by a wheel round the outside of the lumbar "D pad" rather than the buttons you have for the bolsters. Does the TT not have the massage function?

I suppose on a TT the passenger would have trouble looking at the screen to see what they were adjusting

I'll be taking it back to Audi either tomorrow or Thurs for them to take a quick look.

Thanks

No they do not have the massage function and the passenger basically gets a radio volume knob to play with and that is about it smile

Sticks.

Yes, it would've been useful if they could have changed the music. Well, maybe.

A friend of mine buys such awful CDs from charity shops I told him there's no CD player.

Hi mate,

Actually yes apparently a motor in the system needs replacing which they will do for me in a few weeks.
I brought it back and they checked it out and that is what they said.
