Diesel smell in cabin

Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue.
When starting up or sitting in traffic I'm getting diesel fumes in the cabin through the aircon.
Fine when on re circ, but still an issue.
Any thoughts?

My friend had the same problem, 140bhp bkd golf. I traced it to the tandem pump gasket.

I'm assuming either a gasket or something similar, just a case of finding it!

Not on VW but on the Mondeo it was injector seals and leak off pipes. May be another point to check

Simply you've a fuel leak somewhere and you need to find where it's leaking from

It was the fuel filter on my A4. Twice too. It went again a week after being fixed.
