Best painted bumper cleaner/protector

I have a 68 plate VW Golf diesel GT in a Pearlescent black finish.
The bumpers which are also Pearlescent black, in places, are a little dull and "swirly".
Can anybody recommend a painted plastic bumper cleaner/polish please ?
I don't want to turn the bumpers matt or change their colour, just nice gloss black with a degree of protection from water sun etc.
Don't mind paying within reason for a quality product.

If dull and swirly you will probably need to get it polished out using something like a DA polisher. If you’ve no experience of doing it then go to a professional, if it’s just the top of the bumper it shouldn’t cost a fortune. After that you could consider a strip of PPF to protect it.
