Done 6k in my 40Tfsi Avant now. Averaging 37mpg which isn't great. Journey to work is about 16 miles on a good A road.

I get a slight rattle from the boot that annoys me and some twazzock in Aldi hit my rear bumper driver side and drove off which was lovely. Managed to polish the worst out with my DA but it's one of them where the charges will be cheaper than getting it repaired.

Apart from that it's pretty boring... Nice place to sit but I preferred my Leon FR

Guys i know this is an A4 forum but has anyone seen any deals on the A6? ideally would want an Avant Black edition.

Im coming up blank.

Managed top find a decent deal on carleasing-online but not an avant.

Any help would be greatly received.

After a few weeks with the car I’m in the same boat as the above.

It’s a big(gish) car. Lovely interior. Huge boot. Looks nice. Great price. Very smooth engine, and good on fuel for a petrol.

It’s very boring though.

I’d swap for a Golf R estate lease and pay the extra if I could.

Don't worry we only have it for another 23 months lol. I wish I had gone for a Golf GTI 245 a grand more over term. I was going to ditch my 16yr old A3 1.8t but going keep it now get it mapped and upgrade the suspension etc.

I had the car into Audi today for a couple of things. Firstly the emergency brake assist has come on 3 times now when nothing is anywhere near me. And the gearbox just wasn't right in my opinion, really sluggish and like and off of switch when pulling away.

I went out for a test drive with the master technician and I drove first then switched over and let him have a go. He agreed there was a delay on the gearbox but admitted he'd not spent much time with the new model with the hybrid so wasn't sure. He did think the hybrid system was having an impact. Anyway, he's changed the settings on the gearbox and its way way better. it's brought the car to life no idea what he's done but I'd suggest complaining to Audi and getting them to do the same as a few mentioned the gearbox being sluggish.

The auto brake system he said can happen and he turned down the sensitivity but ran the car through the computer to see if there were any issues, which there wasn't. All in all very happy and a free wash to boot.

Hi Dave, I cant comment on the car yet as waiting on delivery but would steer clear of that deal.

Most of us got onto a much better deal which has now been pulled (Mid November time) and if it was any more I would be going with something more powerful/interesting.

2 years non maintained PCH is the sweet spot for the best value and time to spend with the same car, warranty, wear etc. You can then always extend a few months if necessary.

Keep an eye out on the lease deals thread and move fast as the best deals are usually only on for a day or two.

If you look in the Best Lease deals thread Dave I think there's a good offer on the A5 5 door which may suit which is far cheaper than the deal you've bosted above. Sorry I can't share links on my phone at the minute.

Hi - thanks for the heads up. Just so I can get a sense of pricing etc, would you mind sharing details of your deal please (acknowledging it's long gone)

Thank you

Mine was 236 on 6+23 for the 40 TFSI in metallic on 5k, and around 275 for 10k Miles.

I’d go for the 35 with comfort and sound pack though. (If it comes with ACC and a better stereo)

ACC is one thing this car is sorely missing.

Thank you for taking the time to reply/share. So if my maths is correct, that's effectively £252pcm ([29*209]/24), whereas I'm coming out at £356 (based on 313).

Ouch. Even accounting for slight more miles that seems a lot more. Was there a particular reason your's was so much cheaper at the point do you know (so I can keep an eye out for similar events, I'm not particularly in a rush to pull the trigger).

Thanks again, appreciate you getting me up the learning curve!

ACC would be great but I believe thats only included with the driver assistant pack. Its a shame Audi cant include these things at Black edition spec and electric seats at a minimum in any spec!

Comfort and sound pack adds bang and olufsen sound system, 360 cameras, advanced convenience/keyless access and upgraded interior ambient lighting which changes colour to suit.

Yes overall mine works out to £252 or £293 for 10k per annum so the gap on your quote is somewhat reduced depending on use.

Try and contact affinity leasing to see if they have anymore offers available as I received an email a few days ago saying they had some more A4’s in at a slightly higher rate but may help bridge the gap.

Its hard to predict as its just when manufacturers have excess stock, not reached sales figures or have new models releasing. I’d imagine them deals came up toward the back end of 2019 to achieve sales figures as its the same time I got a great deal on my previous lease.

Did either of those packs include the wireless mobile charging ? I'm still confused on that its my MMI and enable but I don't have the cradle in the centre arm rest, when I checked the config on Audi site I cant find it mentioned on 2020 model but the 2019 had it.

Thanks for the figures - helpful to give me context.

Did the Affinity email happen to give any details (spec/prices) please?
