hi guys.

Iv not posted for years, but i wanted advice from any owners of a 2011 3.2 Audi model as assuming its the same engine in all Audis at 2011.

Im looking at buying a 3.2 Audi a5 2011 done 57k. It seems a really great car without actually seeing it in real life. What do people get out of this car in real life mpg. At the mo i own a diesel 2004 car and when i put in say £20, i get 100 miles town, about 140/150 motorway, and wanted to compare to the 3.2 petrol model to get an idea of how much more it will cost me to run.

i do on ave 6k a year with about 4-5k local driving, the rest longer distance.

Any advice on reliability etc would be much appreciated as well.

Thank you all.

I’d budget for 20mpg town and 30mpg motorway.
25mpg overall and you won’t be far off.

I had a 2009 3.2 Quattro manual for 3 years. Usually around 380-395 miles per tank (58 litres). Never had any trouble with it.

If you're asking about putting £20 of fuel in, maybe a 3.2 litre petrol isn't for you...
