I managed to stay awake.
Who drove the car, seems the driver was a bit steady,, Ike he was frightened of it biggrin

The more I think about it it's probably having to slow down to keep those big old Yank tanks behind him for long enough to get the shot hehe

Did anyone else notice how small the car looked on those big boulevards and huge motors around it, and the rear end not taking a bump to good biggrin

I seem to recall reading that the driving was done mostly by a guy from the factory.

And they managed to badly damage one of the "good" Tuscans in filming instead of the "sacrificial" one that was supposed to get smashed up.
scratchchin Or was it that they drilled and filled the good one with explosive caps to simulate bullet strikes when they were supposed to use the other car for that?

Either way, it would have been great for generating TVR sales in the US if only the cars met the emissions standards. rolleyes

Any ideas how they (the film producers etc) came to find/discover the car/brand in the first place?

Also watched it. Then went onto PH to find out if the film cars were still around.....apparently sent back to the factory after filming. Anyone have upto date info of where they are now?
