There was a bit a a saga about the history of this a couple of years back when it was last up for sale - dont remember the outcome - was it a factory built car or is the jury still out ???
Not too many V8 coupes around in any case

This was for sale last year and supposedly genuine factory order. Same pictures so presume same seller.

It was originally a different color (yellow i think)from last years discussion on the subject.

Yes it a factory one off order.
The engine is a early Chim engine, it looks nice at a distance but close up its a mess. It deserves to be refurbished but it needs an all new interior unless you like Red, Blue, Yellow and Black.
The engine compartment also needs a bit of work to it as well.

I knew I'd seen this before somewhere, but only just realised where.

This car was in the classic car auction at Kings Lynn on 28/01/17. Guide price was £8k - £10k. Top bid was £7200. I presume it didn't sell at that price because it isn't listed in ACA's results page.
