Not the stepper; I think it is an unused RR item. I removed it from my V8S 2 years ago.

I have the same on my Pre Cat and asked the same.

It's not used, I'm hoping to re-purpose it one day, so left it as is...

I think its an engine bay diagnostic port .. not used by anyone .. just a leftover from the BL loom.
