Griff right heater vent cold only

First use of my heating today. Set it to hot.

Left vent (passenger) - hot.
Middle left vent - not blowing anything.
Middle right drivers vent - blows with under dash control knob correctly but only cold.

Where to start looking? (bear in mind I'll have the whole dash of in November)

Apart from the middle left vent not blowing anything, I think that's as expected (as expected rather than good )

If you drop the glovebox down (or take it out - just an Allen key bolt at each rear corner) you can reach around the vents and check the plastic flexible ducts are attached still / not squished - your heater blower is clearly working to the passenger LH vent so it can't be anything too serious I'd have thought

Thanks. Ironically, since that post, my passenger fan has jammed - buzzing and blowing the fuse, and I've read that the drivers fan is cold only anyhow!
