Hi All
As the name suggests the griff is currently stripped back to fibreglass, the doors, mirrors, window frames, boot and bonnet have all been removed.
Talking with the bodyshop they said it would not be anymore work to change the colour.
The car is currently starmist green with a black on black interior.
I will probably be looking to sell the car sometime in the future so will not consider anything too radical, purples yellows etc. Not that there is anything wrong with these colours.
I know it’s subjective, any suggestions that would work with the interior?

FWIW mine is Halcyon Atlantis Blue, its the only car I have had that has attracted lots of positive comments, so much so that one of the ph throng saw it and he and his wife went to find and buy a Tuscan in the same colour.
Good colour that shows Blue in normal flat daylight but when its bright or low sun shows up blue/green and purpleish.

Hi, I would go for popular. As you state, yellow seems not to sell as well (though I like it personally). Ditto red. Mid blue seems popular, not too light not too dark. Would be okay with black interior.
It is possible to lift the interior without too much cost, for instance inner door panel very easy to change, DIY job. Dash panel also pretty simple, although a little involved, a nice (non wood) dash would add some lightness.
I would get the centre console redone, change the insert around the gear lever to match new door panels. Plus the bolsters either side of the central section. Gives a nice colour consistency across the interior. Black my least favourite interior, needs a flash of colour.

Thanks for your input, I’m still undecided. One of the reasons I bought the car was the interior. I am not keen on biscuit or beige interiors, which so many of them have. I agree two tone looks good. I had a Mk3 convertible Tuscan in two tone it looked great but I think given the age of the car a single colour suits the car better.
I won’t go too radical for the same reason.
I saw a starmist grey that looked good but with a black interior possibly to dark.
I think it’s going to stay starmist green, least favourite option or a really classy red. Or the safe choice a Blue but I cannot find one I like. First world problem's.

Cureton green is a nice shade as is Chiltern green I think it’s called. Pity you don’t like biscuit interiors as I think they go so well together.

Ford has a pallet of colours and shades you should really look at. Many from 90’s onward are mica metallic which TVR named as their starmist range. So if you fancy a starmist shade, look at mica metallic or pearlescent.
Black interiors are the modern beige now so I think any exterior colour will be fine with black inside. Possibly to keep it TVR traditional inside the wood dash needs to stay but have it stained in grey or black or a real machined aluminium dash. Basically a monochrome interior.
Just thinking you mentioned grey exterior, use a grey carpet and grey stained wood dash with the original black seats and trim. A splash of colour could be used to light up the instruments.

We are always being asked about the colour, it's spectacular in the sun without being too OTT.

I just think there are lots of green Griffiths, it’s a bit boring. I have a cash free option to brighten the car up a bit

There is only one colour I would consider and that is 'Titanio Grigario' As my mate has it on a Tuscan it looks fantastic. Not in yer face but truly shows up the curves of a TVR and would compliment a black interior.
