Roof and gutter rail what would you do

Hi I have an 81 mini shell in my garage that I been preparing for paint .ive left it a while as not sure on what to do with the gutter rail as it's gone in places ( I was contemplating building it back up with weld) now a new issue I had a new roof to the garage fitted so while at work the builders mate while putting in the noggins he used the mini as a way of reaching the ceiling so now the roof is stretched and dented !! The builder went mad with the boy and knocked some money off of the build but I fear the car is only fit for scrap any suggestions?

if the rest of the shell is good, fit a new roof panel.

Or a good panel beater may be able to correct and re shrink it

Excuse my ignorance but can you really get new roof panels

Yes, of course!

Mini Machine or Heritage. Not cheap and tricky to fit but worth it if the rest of the shell is good

How damaged is the roof ? Could you get a decent panel beater to sort it out ? I appreciate that might end up more expensive than a new roof though.
