Fair enough 300bhp, I follow your logic, makes perfect sense. Still don't think OCD me could live with that though!!!

Thanks. I do know where you are coming from. It's just difficult to get the correct offset in matching pairs.

My 'other' tyres are on matching rims. But they are a tad too aggressive and big for Series axles IMO. So they will be going on my other Land Rover project. This is them fitted to my brothers 90.

Mine. Had it since August and spent a fair bit already. Going in for a new cam in 2 weeks. Passed its MoT on Friday, no advisories.
Galvanised chassis, bulkhead good and a P6 V8 fitted in 1996.

Maybe it's the pictures but...I get the "worn but well maintained over the years" look and I agree that something like that shouldn't be painted. The one in the picture looks more like something put together with mis-matched panels which has then had loads of st tipped over it though.

I'd paint it.

hell Yes it is a Bit-sa, just all the right bit-sa, mainly Bit-sa one that was a 24 Hour Recovery SWB smile

With the amount of Defenders getting nicked people are wary . that has post 2005 front doors, Puma >2007 bonnet and hard top and sides.

All expensive and very desirable parts.

Defender ownership seems to be a fairly high risk proposition reading online nowadays..
