2017 Range Rover Sport Autobiography... Discounts to be had?
Discussion
So i scrapped my order and bought one from Redline (my fave dealer)
This one is 3.0 sdv6 hse dynamic (brilliant engine, somehow way more refined than my 2014?) dark interior, fixed pano (awesome), few other options headed wheel, fridge in armrest (suprisingly useful)
It's a huge leap on from my 2014 model, interior is way way better, feels tighter, more refined, more powerful. Just epic i absolutely love this thing.
As a daily, there is nothing better imo. I'll be keeping this a long time (well let's see what the new RRSs are like in a few years time)
Touchwood no issues at all as of yet.

I've got a 2018 sdv6 autobiography and absolutely love it as a daily, only done about 1600 miles in it but other than every now and then the steering wheel controls deciding they don't want to work I've had no problems with it
Why is that okay? This is why I fell out with Land Rover, pay the money and things just don't work right. Sixpackpert said:

Twas ever thus, however. Land Rover is an arrogant and useless outfit.

I didn't say that it is okay, it's just not enough of an annoyance for me to not still love the car, i guess that's the case for a number of people which is why they still sell so many and have such brand loyaltyLast week Dad had to have the windscreen replaced due to a stone chip cracking it half way across.
He gets in it this morning in the lashing rain and is presented with internal rain and puddles on the centre console and dash!!!!
Not pleased at all.
Courtesy car was okay though.

Still not sure about the new rear lights though.

And before anyone says, yes the parking was poor lol

Yes basically.
Oh ok. But the compromise is worth it? Or do you no longer drive one?Just wondering how they are continually gaining market share. There must be something very appealing about them.
- i realise reading back this sounds a bit passive aggressive but I don’t mean it like that...I’ve been mulling over an SUV as family wagon.
