D4 gearbox lurch when cold

Pretty much as the title my D4 has developed an intermittent lurch changing gear especially 1-2 when cold but generally doesn't seem as smooth as it was.
The thing is it's only done 81k, and the real kicker is that last month the local indie did a flush and filter change on it. Obviously I'm going to drop it round for them to check it but I wondered if anyone had a similar experience?
