Extended v Select extended warranty

My wife's Discovery Sport is coming up to 4 years old and i am looking at extending the warranty ... it looks like there is a choice between Extended and Select extended ... is there a simple answer to which is best to buy ... no simple comparison from JLR - i am cross referencing the 2!

normally "select" is the better offering but it looks more restricted and is 20% cheaper.

any insight welcomed and will save me trawling both policies !
