Hi - I've launched a company in the UK (successful in Italy already) that helps companies (e-commerce, finance, gambling, all sorts of use cases) to ingest customer actions from all of their channels (website, app, CRM, email) and spit out a single ID to link one person across the mutiple devices/offline data, and automatically segments them based on their actions - regular buyer of x product, lapsed buyer, add to cart didn't complete etc. Then simply allows you to market to them via all the main activation outlets, Adwords, Facebook, Web display (via any major DSP), Email marketing etc - with a message that is tailored to them based on their behaviour - this should help you lower your cost per sale/aquisition, enable better retention and boost engagement.
