New business funding

I'm involved with a new company that works with children in the care system and excluded from mainstream education. We also offer outdoor learning and activities to take the kids out of their comfort zones etc. Can anyone advise on government funding for new businesses, grants etc. I'm up all night monitoring a young person so any replays will keep me awake!
