The new law coming in next month banning the sale of liquids unless they are 10ml or less and have a material data safety sheet and also limiting devices to 2ml is gonna have a massive impact, can see trading standards shutting loads down unfortunately
^ thisbit of a shame really - we are in harsh times at the moment and vape stores were allowing a lot of enthusiasts to make an honest living whilst employing three or four people to a store. And, vape stores were almost at a point where they were rivalling bars/cafes as social hubs/meeting points. Now those people will be back down the dole office again and their clientele won't have anywhere to go if they want to vape socially and not buy overpriced alcohol/hot drinks.

The guys who own the business you are looking to franchise posts on this forum so may pop along to answer!
I don't really like talking about my business on here because I don't want my personal opinions to ever be confused with my business. However, Yes, Vaporized is a great business but, I own it so definitely biased. The figures speak for themselves. We opened our first store in Jan 13 and are about to open our 83rd store this week in South Shields. We have another 40+ franchises signed off already along with 20+ stores in London for ourselves. We have just spent £500k+ on TPD testing and notifications so are pretty future proofed. We are just in the process of kitting out our new 60,000 sqft HQ and awaiting delivery of our 3rd fully automated elquid bottling machine.
The best thing is, my brother and I set this company up for £20k and we still own 100% of the company. Feel free to ask me any questions.

I don't see the need (demand) for an entire shop devoted to vaping. Concessions in other high st shops and online seems a more reliable business model.
I wondered the same thing, but then I spoke with some colleagues who vape and visited the local vaping shop. As well as buying the liquids and paraphernalia the most important things was that the place sold coffee and cold drinks and had sofas so you could sit and vape indoors which no other bar or cafe lets you do.Truckosaurus said:

Plus vaping stinks.I vape 0% nicotine, I am getting through my stockpile then quitting it.
The vape especially on sub ohm actually floods a room, even with windows open. It is hard to breathe, it smells, anyone or thing like a dog inside the room stinks of it for hours.
Watermelon smells nice but watermelon + natural body odour + sweat...NOT nice.
If I go to a shop and vape this is all someone elses problem.
Exactly nothing. But let me tell you something as shops already do this.
The liquid containing nicotine has to be 10 ml max if it doesn't contain nicotine is not a smoking product. Therefore there will be the 0 % e-juice and nicotine can be purchased separately.
Oh an you can always buy from the US, no problem.
PS: Instantly ordered a kangertech from ebay with the 7 ml tank. fk the law
