Turning down new business.

My brother in law is in the same situation - one man business (specialist welder) and he prefers to stay that way as aopposed to dealing with staff.

He passes business on to a competitor who has a few employees and able to accomodate sporadic job offers from BIL - works a treat and competitor always willing to help out with resource when jobs are more than 1 man etc.

Win Win situation incl customers.
