I don't want to take work away from anyone but with that amount of staff and equipment I would be looking at a full time IT employee.
If you're trying to cover across the globe it's not that simple. You probably want an MSP who has people in those regions so they can be your feet on the ground if it's required.Exactly, I can’t get the geographic coverage or skill set in 1-2 people that I need to manage it all effectively, not to mention dealing with absence etc and when the st hits the fan and you need your IT back up and running quickly it’s good to have a company you can turn to to throw resource at the problem.
Once you start hiring 3+ people I’ve found you may as well outsource it
Seems everyone is into digital these days so finding a good solid support company is tough

We use contedia in Pontefract. The cool thing about them, apart from being generally awesome, is that they have a branch in NZ which takes over when the UK office closes. This means they can support 24/7 with English staff (ex pats)
