Does anyone draw scaled traffic management plans? We need to close a footway and the council have requested a drawing of the proposed closure and need to get it drawn up.

There are likely to be traffic management companies in your area who do this type of work. As part of supplying (normally hiring-out) their equipment, they will also have CAD facilities to produce a scheme acceptable to your local HA.

In this case, Google will most certainly be your friend.
