Anybody involved in the procurement side of capital projects

The web dev agency I run is looking to start a partnership in which we'll be rewriting a procurement platform for capital projects for clients in a particular energy sector. I already have several years experience with the other side of the partnership along with several of their clients, so I know there is enough meat in the venture.

However, if I get involved I would want to move into other sectors, probably renewables and construction. I was wondering if there is anyone involved in either of those two sectors I could talk to to see if our platform would work in those sectors?
