Meeting Rooms - Display daily bookings
Discussion
Bit of a tough thing to explain so I will keep it simple. I want
- An Ipad/tablet sized screen that I can attach to the wall of each of our meeting rooms which shows who has booked it.
- The screen needs to update on a “Live” basis (ie somebody in Finance books Room2 and the screen updates automatically)
- The bookings are made via the Company Outlook email system.
- The tablet is connected to the company network via Wi-Fi
I hope that makes sense. Thanks in advance for any advice/comments

Plenty to pick from, are you invested in any other eco systems?
Personal favourite atm. Evoko Liso https://www.evoko.se/products/evoko-liso/
We've run the older Evoko units and trialed some of the Crestron options, Joan etc. Evoko always wins for us.

That's exactly the kind of thing I'm looking for - although £1000/room might cause issues Personal favourite atm. Evoko Liso https://www.evoko.se/products/evoko-liso/

It looks like it interfaces seamlessly with Outlook - is that correct? If you can book via the screen itself we would need it to feedback into the Outlook calendar for that particular room.....
I work for a company that do a unit that you might be interested in.
Not only can give live data on amount of people in room etc, can control light, check air temp and air quality.
great for office space and hot desks

PM me if you want a demo of what it can do,

Go for a system where the person booking the room needs to 'check in' on the screen within 15 minutes of the meeting starting and if they don't the booking is cancelled.
Helps prevents rooms being unused when some selfish tt books the room 'just in case' and doesn't bother to cancel it.

They're not cheap, but... seriously you do get what you pay for. It looks like it interfaces seamlessly with Outlook - is that correct? If you can book via the screen itself we would need it to feedback into the Outlook calendar for that particular room.....
It does indeed, bookable via Outlook and will be a 'room'. You can walk up to it and grab a room if its free. It'll show any upcoming meetings and when booked 'on demand' won't overwrite anything existing.

We use Bookaroom http://bookaroom.se/
Works well on our iPad mini's, integrates very well with Outlook
Only downside is the wifi dropping on the ipads every week or so due to being static, which requires flicking onto aeroplane mode and back again to refresh otherwise it won't update with MS Exchange

Just an update - apparently we're getting this.
