Any recommendations for Construction Lawyers that dont charge an arm and a leg gratefully recieved.

Just to check, definitely at 'Lawyer' stage? Have all commercial avenues been explored first?

A good QS / experienced Commercial manager can usually sort a lot of this out before it ends up heading to chambers. We do this regularly and only refer to our Construction Direct Access Barrister at the last point because of the expense.

If under contract, firstly, has the dispute fully crystallised? have you followed the dispute process within the contract?
