My guess is that the OP has no interest in what you actually think of his review.

The post has been framed in such a way that it doesn’t break the rules of simply saying T******t forklifts are ste, but asks the question do you think my review of ‘ T******t forklifts are ste’ is any good.

Same message, but within the rules.

I'm a fan of reviews so I'd encourage you to leave one but as others have said just be factual and leave out the emotion.

Contacted to look at a fault which they needed two call outs to diagnose. Subsequently found out that a faster diagnosis could have been made if the technician had updated his laptop with current data first.

On the second visit I was quoted £4000 plus labour for the replacement part identified to be at fault.

I went on to have it repaired elsewhere for £240.

A credit note was issued for the cost of one call out but I still had to pay for a prolonged 5 day diagnosis.

yes leave an honest review, let the owner respond, and the public can make up their own mind.
Given how they've tried it on, the response will likely be, 'Sorry customer X, we have no record of providing you with a quote'. At least, seems to be the usual dishonest response from a dishonest business.

If i was researching a company and saw the OP review, i would just ignore it. just sounds like he has anger issues.

Positive reviews are what i look at, as people only leave positive reviews when they are very satisfied with the service, where they are very quick to leave negative for the slightest of problem.

The problem with that being that the majority of positive reviews tend to be fake, or paid for.

Why bother at all?

You had a bad experience with a company, just don't use them again.

Leaving stty reviews just looks childish to me.....
So if no-one ever reviewed anything, it'd be down to everyone to learn the hard way?
I don't think anyone is saying that, just that a measured and non-emotional review carries a lot more weight to those reading it than a rant can ever do.
