Storage and distribution facilities face masks?

I've just been reading the extended list of where face masks will be required and "Storage and distribution facilities" is on there.

I have a warehouse with around 20 staff working in it. We have social distancing measures in place. The warehouse is not open to the public. Does this mean I now need to force all my warehouse staff to wear masks? Any ideas??

Mandatory for members of the public only. Employees are not required to wear them.
