Can anyone recommend a customs agent who can do the paperwork for a vehicle going to germany please

I thought the customs side of things were sorted when the vehicle arrives in the destination country? For example to Poland we have 30 days to declare it and pay any taxes due. I would have thought that is up to the buyer as opposed to the seller.

No. you need one each side

I move US Spec vehicles in and around Europe. UK is difficult because it is only getting set up, but try TransGLobal, they will have a list of drivers and depending on location in Germany will have an agent on the far side too.
